Save-the-date: 5. Helmholtz Sustainbility Summit

The Helmholtz Sustainability Working Group Forum is pleased to inform you that preparations for the 5th Helmholtz Sustainability Summit are in full swing. Our motto for 2024 is: 
Committed together - Supporting sustainability & CSRD through synergies 

The Summit promotes personal exchange and all interested parties are invited to participate. The event will take place in Heidelberg on November 26 and 27, 2024, and is hosted by the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ). 

The focus will be on the newly adopted reporting obligation - the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) - which will profoundly change the scope and nature of sustainability reporting. We are planning presentations, modern workshop formats, best practice examples, and, of course, a high-caliber panel discussion followed by a get-together. The majority of the event will take place in German and some of the workshops will be offered in English.
